I’ve been showing and selling my projects through this Olympia Gallery since it started. The founder and current owner, Jo Gallaugher, is moving to Seattle to be near family and can no longer run the gallery. Rather than let Matter! be sold to people who might not ‘get it’, putting our shared vision and the “Matter! vibe” at risk, we artists are raising money through Kickstarter to buy in and take the reins. Kickstarter funds will allow us to own the gallery. We will continue to provide an exciting venue for eco-artists and we are REALLY excited about the opportunity to add whole new dimensions to Matter!

THANK YOU for your help in evolving Matter! Gallery through the kickstarter campaign!

Inspired from his movie: The Right Stuff:
Refabricated metal including a ‘61 chevy tail-light made rockety. The top: re-used film reel as saturn’s ring around the light bulb in retro design. Yes, two stage lighting! — like a rocket!

Fred Willard Lifetime Achievement

Refabricated metal and brass lamp parts with an engraved copper globe. The top will be the re-used film reel as saturn’s ring around the light bulb in retro design.

From a recent trip to the desert…I packed my ray guns for appropriate promotional shots of course. It was hot!
