I have always been making stuff out of other stuff. A classic tinkerer and salvager, I spend my days creating functional and ornamental pieces out of dysfunctional parts. In fact, I agree that everything is more than the sum of its parts. But I often add, "there is more than one sum out of every part."

(i)Pat has a bachelor's degree in Postmodern Theory which means nothing and makes him uniquely qualified for just about anything. He has a fascination with reuse, recycling and refabrication as well as a healthy obsession with the Space Needle. All items viewable on his website, in his portfolio and in his home were created and assembled using futuristic artifacts from decades past.
